Ullas Shome
Vice Director of Finance
Hi, I’m Shrestha Shome (Ullas)! I actually built this website from scratch, and I am so incredibly proud to be a part of the IAAS Bangladesh MBSTU family.
When I started with IAAS, I was only a 1st year student studying in the department of Physics. Now I am studying in 4th year and it has been a great journey for me from being a member to being the Director of Finance.
As the Finance Director, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to help our chapter grow from the ground up. We started with almost zero funding, and seeing where we are now, with a solid economic foundation, a growing digital presence, and a more connected student community, makes me so hopeful for our future.
Whenever I'm working for this club, or meeting with team members for a brainstorming session, I believe in the power of collaboration and never stopping learning.
Mixing my love for tech with my passion for this community has been a dream, and I can't wait to see how much further we can push our goals within MBSTU and beyond!
